We do things differently here. We understand that LIFE happens, and moving yours before you’re ready isn’t always in the cards. We offer occupied staging services to help you sell your home while you live in it, so you can get the most out of your time and budget.
Our team will come in and help you depersonalize and declutter your home, which allows buyers to envision their own lives flourishing in the space. We can coordinate storage & movers for things being kept off-site, and removal of any items being discarded. We will also arrange for any professional painting, window cleaning, or other small repairs. From there we can move forward with a partial staging, or simply styling to sell. Our only rules? No white couches and no red wine (a small price to pay, we hope).

When we stage an occupied property to sell, we work with you to assess how much of the existing furniture and decor can stay in the finished design. We then bring in additional pieces from our inventory to complement the existing pieces and create a cohesive, accessible, elegant environment.
Styling
to Sell
If you’d like to use most or all of your own furniture and want help optimizing your apartment’s layout or appearance, we can help you style your apartment for sale to make the home as inviting as possible to potential buyers.
