Vacant Staging

If your property has no occupants, we consider it vacant. In a vacant property, we can truly highlight all of the unique features of the home and hide all of the mistakes. Whether your home is completely empty, or has a few pieces here and there that can remain for the staging, we will create a space that is warm, welcoming, and brimming with possibility.

Typically a vacant staging takes one day to install, which makes Urban Staging a turnkey approach to getting photo-ready and on the market.

Occupied Staging

If someone will be living in your property while it is staged, we consider it occupied. For most occupied stagings, we work with some or all of your existing furniture and decor. Whether you need a little or a lot, we can accommodate any scenario.

Estate Staging

Above all, we pride ourselves on being a kind and compassionate team. During the planning phase of an estate staging, we enlist the help of our professional organizers to help sort through personal records and possessions. We can arrange for donations, sales, and certified appraisals, as well as coordinate contractors and other vendors for trash removal and repairs. Once the space is ready, our staging team can come in and get the home market-ready with their smart and stylish design.

As we customize our services to include any or all of the above components, we create the support and structure that each family requires.

Our Process

Inquiry

Using our contact form, you’ll tell us a little bit about you, your home, and your timeline, and we’ll get the ball rolling.
Assessment

Someone from our team will do a free walk-through of your property and discuss how we can help. We’ll also take note of any work that needs to be done to your space before staging. We’ll follow up with our proposal, which includes our flat staging fee.
Planning & Project Management

We don’t just refer - we coordinate. Our back office can manage any outside vendors needed (think: painters, contractors, and cleaners, oh my!) to get your space in tip-top shape. Meanwhile, our stagers will plan out their vision for the design of your project.
Install

Typically, we only need one day to install. We work with your building management ahead of time to coordinate the timing and details of the move-in. Then our dedicated staging team brings their designs to life, turning your space into a market-ready home.
Destage

Once your home has sold (most likely over list price), we’ll come in and take all of our pieces away, leaving your home ready for its new owners.
